Note: She has no bones, or anything, you'll need to rig her yourself.
Also, you'll need to fix her hair, it's not that hard if you have a computer that can handle the UV Mapping PMX editor plugin, but I don't, which is why her hair isn't fixed. 
However, out of all the FF13 models I've converted, she has had the least problems, even easier than her normal FFXIII-2 outfit. xD
